| 摘 要： | 介绍最近研制成功的W频段机载防撞雷达收发分机的设计。该收发分机采用了雪崩管稳频振荡、注锁放大技术、低噪声接收技术和自动频率跟踪技术，具有指标高、体积小、重量轻、可靠性高等优点。

| Abstract: | The design of a W-Band airborne collision avoidance radar transceiver developed recently is introduced. Techniques adopted in the transceiver are the IMPATT diode oscillators and inject-locked amplifiers, low noise receiving and automatic frequency tracking. It has not only good electrical performances, but also other merits such as miniatured size, light weight and high reliability. |
