摘    要:为满足低压电器产品性能测试需求,在介绍柔性测试技术的特性和分析低压电器测试行业特点的基础上,提出一套基于柔性测试技术的低压电器性能测试系统设计方案。论述了系统的硬件组成和选择原则,介绍采用LabView软件开发平台开发的测试系统软件的设计思想和结构。最后,通过应用举例,表明基于柔性测试技术构建的低压电器性能测试系统能对低压电器产品的性能进行高效、自动、精确的测试,充分体现柔性测试技术的灵活性、适应性和可扩展性,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of low-voltage electrical apparatus performance testing,based on the introduction of features of the flexible test technology and the analysis of the characteristics of low voltage electrical apparatus test industry,a design of performance test system for low voltage electrical apparatus based on the flexible test technology was proposed.The hardware components and its selection principle of the test system was discussed.The design idea and structure of the system software developed by the LabVIEW software development platform was introduced in detail.Finally,the application example showed that the performance test system for low voltage electrical apparatus constructed based on flexible test technology could carry out a high efficient,automatic,accurate test,which fully reflected the flexibility,adaptability and expandability.Therefore,the test system had great practical value and application prospect.
