糯扎渡水电站大型地下洞室群施工安全监理

糯扎渡水电站地下工程洞室多，断面尺寸大，围岩条件差，施工工期紧，施工难度大，对施工安全影响较大。为了保证施工安全，监理机构建立了完整的施工安全管理体系，包括“一岗双责”制度、施工安全管理技能研讨制度、危险源辨识和施工安全管控重点项目台帐制度等。施工过程中，监理部门切实落实了施工安全管理措施，确保了工程施工安全顺利完成。

Safety supervision on construction of underground cavern group of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station

The underground cavern of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is characterized by large number of caverns,large cross-section size,tight construction period,difficult construction and these factors have large influences on the construction safety.The supervision department established an integral safety management system,including "one post responsible two aspects",discussion on safety management skills,identification of dangerous sources and statistical work for key items,so as to ensure the construction safety.In the construction,the supervision department implemented the construction safety management system seriously and guaranteed a smooth and safe construction.
