摘    要:以磷酸和KCl为原料,利用降膜蒸发具有的大比表面积,采用热分解法直接制备磷酸二氢钾。实验研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间和降膜蒸发操作压力对KCl转化率的影响。结果表明最佳操作条件为:磷酸与氯化钾摩尔比为1.3,反应温度为150~160℃,反应时间为2.5~3.0 h,降膜蒸发压力为0.08 MPa。KCl转化率均保持在90%以上,产品质量达到HG2861—1997饲料级磷酸二氢钾指标要求。

Abstract:Mono-potassium phosphate(MKP) is prepared from phosphoric acid and KCl by direct thermal decomposition using the high specific surface area of the falling film evaporator.The effect of the mole ratio of H3PO4 and KCl,reaction temperature,residence time and falling film evaporation pressure on the conversion of KCl is investigated.The optimal operation parameters are shown as follows:1.3 of the molar ratio of H3PO4 and KCl,150-160℃ of the reaction temperature,2.5 to 3.0 hours of the reaction time and about 0.08 MPa of the pressure of falling film evaporation.The yield ratio of KCl is above 90%.The product can meet the requirement of HG 2861—1997 for feed-grade MKP.
