| 摘 要： | 通过Nb、V、Ti、Ni复合微合金化生产规格350 mm连铸坯料，采用二阶段轧制及正火快冷工艺成功试制 80 mm桥梁用结构钢Q420qE-Z35。试制产品屈服强度、伸长率、冲击韧性、 Z向拉伸等性能指标优异，远远满足国 家标准GB/T 714-2008要求，钢板超声波探伤全部符合GB/T 2970-2004Ⅰ级标准。

| Abstract: | The structural steel plate 80 mm for bridge Q420qE-Z35 was produced through multi-microalloying of Nb， V，Ti and Ni， 350 mm slab continuous casting， two-stage rolling， normalizing and fast cooling. The trial products had excellent performance indexes of yield strength， tensile strength and through-thickness characteristics， which far exceeded the requirements of national specification of GB/T 714—2008. The qualification rate of non-destructive inspection of the steel plates satisfied the requirements for level I of GB/T 2970—2004. |
