玉叶金花水提物不同萃取部位的抗炎活性研究

摘    要:目的从玉叶金花水提物不同萃取部位筛选出活性部位。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验模型及角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验模型对玉叶金花水提物不同萃取部位进行抗炎活性的考察。结果玉叶金花水提物乙酸乙酯萃取部位、正丁醇萃取部位及水溶性部位可显著减轻二甲苯致炎小鼠的耳肿胀度(与空白对照组比较,P〈0.05)及由角叉菜胶引起的大鼠1,2,3h的足肿胀度(P〈0.05),石油醚萃取部位则作用不显著。结论乙酸乙酯萃取部位、正丁醇萃取部位及水溶性部位有抑制急性炎症的作用,为玉叶金花水提物抗炎活性部位。

Study on the anti-inflammatory activities of different extracted portions from aqueous extract of Mussaenda pubescens

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory portions extracted from aqueous extract of Mussaenda (M.) pubescens. Methods The dimethybenzene-indueed mouse ear edema model and the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model were established to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of different extracted portions from aqueous extract of M. pubescens. Results The portions extracted with ethyl acetate and 1-butanol, but not petroleum ether, as well as the water-soluble portion significantly reduced both the xylol-induced ear swelling in mice and the earrageenan-indueed hind paw swelling in rats. Conclusion The portions extracted with ethyl acetate and l-butanol, and the water-soluble portion show an inhibitory effect on acute inflammation.
