摘    要:针对某延期管在高离心、高过载条件下的断火现象迚行了原因分析,并对管壳材料、单向传火闭气机构、装药直径等迚行优化设计。验证试验结果表明:采用设计的单向传火闭气机构,装药直径为φ4.8mm时,在240r/s高过载离心条件下延期管能够满足延期要求。

Abstract:The causes of the fire failure of some delay element in high centrifugal and high overload conditions were analyzed, and optimum designs on shell material, unidirection flame propagation obturator and charge diameter were carried out. The verification test results show that by use of the designed unidirection flame propagation obturator, as the charge diameter of φ4.8 mm, the delay tube can meet the delay requirement under high centrifugal overload condition of 240 r/s.
