水系统综合规划的优化模型

摘    要:改变以往最大限度开采水资源的思想,以恢复水资源生态环境功能为指导,根据不同种类用水对水质的不同要求,引用区间数概念来确定不同种类用水所需回用水的限度。在水资源合理配置的前提下,从社会需求、经济需求、环境需求等方面分析水系统中供水、用水、治污3个子系统需要达到的目标,建立水系统综合规划的优化模型。目标函数与约束条件兼顾经济、环境、社会因素,全面协调三者和谐发展,为水资源紧缺的水系统的规划提供了一种思路。

Abstract:In this paper, the environmental function of water resource instead of exploring it to maximum was studied. For the different water quality of different purpose, the interval number was introduced to count the range of freshwater that could be offered. In the precondition of rational allocation, the objects of the three subsystems of water system(water supply, using and waste system) were analyzed from three aspects: social, economical and environmental needs. The optimization model of water system's integrated programming was built. The object functions and bound conditions included the factors of economy, environment and society to correspond them developing harmoniously. One- way of water system programming in the cities lacking water was offered
