钢管高速检测与缺陷识别系统

摘    要:采用二维漏磁检测技术研究无缝承压钢管高速自动化检测系统,该系统能高速检测钢管内外壁及内部各种细微缺陷;用动态超声测厚技术,高速检测钢管的大面积缺陷和壁厚;结合计算机测控技术,以图形方式对检测全过程进行监测,分析、运算、存储缺陷信号,识别缺陷类型,对缺陷标记、定位.

Abstract:In the high speed and automatic seamless pressure steel pipe detection system developed, two dimensional magnetic leakage measuring technology is adopted for the detection of various smaller defects, and dynamic ultrasonic thickness measuring technique is used to detect larger defects and to measure the wall thickness. By means of computer supervisory control technique, the compute process of monitoring and measurement, the analysis, computation as well as the storage of the defect signals, the recognition of types of defects, the markings and locations of the defects are displayed in graphs. Practical operations in 6 odd years show that the system is stable and reliable. Some useful data are given.
