吡虫啉农药在枸杞中的残留降解研究

摘    要:以盆栽枸杞——宁杞1号为试验材料,利用同位素示踪技术,研究了3H–吡虫啉农药在枸杞中的残留降解规律。结果表明,吡虫啉农药在枸杞中的残留随时间推移而逐步降低,其果实的降解半衰期为4.3d。残留降低的可能途径主要有:枸杞体内降解、转移以及光解和蒸腾,同时光照或温度的升高可以加快吡虫啉农药的降解速度。

Abstract:The residue and degradation of 3H-imidacloprid in plants of Lycium barbarum L. was studied by using radioisotope tracer. The results showed that the residue of imidacloprid decreased gradually with times, the half-life of imidacloprid in fruits of Lycium barbarum L. were 4.3 days. Imidacloprid in plants of Lycium barbarum L. disappeared probably due to three pathways: degradation inside plants of Lycium barbarum L., transportation and photo-degradation or transpiration. The sun shining or high temperature would accelerate the degradation of imidacloprid.
