活性炭阳离子改性及其在印染废水中的应用

摘    要:为了有效去除印染废水COD,采用自制的阳离子接枝剂WL对活性炭进行改性,制备了阳离子改性活性炭,并应用于印染废水的吸附处理。研究改性活性炭用量、吸附时间及pH对印染废水COD的影响。结果表明,改性活性炭处理印染废水工艺优化条件为:改性活性炭20 g/L、pH=4、吸附2 h,二沉池出水口印染废水COD去除率可达90%。活性炭阳离子改性处理可以增强活性炭对印染废水COD的去除效果。

Abstract:In order to effectively reduce the COD of dying and printing wastewater, cationic modified activated carb on was prepared by modifying activated carb on with self-made catio nic grafti ng agent WL, and used as a novel adsorbent for wastewater treatment. The effects of the dosage of modified activated carbon, adsorption time and pH on the COD value of dyeing and printing wastewater was investigated. The optimized adsorption process were as follows: modified activated carb on dosage 20 g/L, pH=4, adsorption time 2 h. Under the optimized adsorption process, the COD removal rate of dyeing and printing wastewater at 2nd sink outlet could reach 90%. The cationic modification could enhance the COD removal performance of the activated carb on.
