棕叶纤维的精细化加工及性能

摘    要:通过对化学脱胶后的棕叶纤维进行精细化加工,研究了几种助剂对棕叶纤维柔软度的影响,通过软油精用量、处理时间及机械开松次数的单因子实验,分析了软油精和梳棉机机械开松复合处理后棕叶纤维的性能。结果表明:4种助剂中,软油精处理棕叶纤维的柔软度最佳;软油精用量为2.5%(omf),处理时间为24 h时处理效果最佳,断裂强力为114 cN,线密度为0.81 tex,柔软度为255捻/20 cm;梳棉机机械开松次数为2时,处理效果最佳,断裂强力为93 cN,线密度为0.54 tex,柔软度为301捻/20 cm,显著改善了棕叶纤维的性能。

Abstract:The palm leaf fibers after chemical degumming were refined. The effects of several additives on the softness of palm leaf fibers were studied. The properties of palm leaf fibers treated with soft oil and its mechanical loosening of carding machine were analyzed through single factor experiments on the amount of soft oil, treatment time and mechanical loosening time. The results showed that among the four additives, the softness of palm leaf fiber treated with soft oil was the best;when the dosage of soft oil was 2.5%(omf) and the treatment time was 24 h, the softness of palm leaf fiber was the best, the breaking strength was 114 cN, the linear density was 0.81 tex, and the softness was 255 twist/20 cm;when the mechanical loosening of carding machine was twice, the treatment effect was the best, the breaking strength was 93 cN, the linear density was 0.54 tex, and the softness was 301 twist/20 cm, which significantly improved the properties of palm leaf fibers.
