| 摘 要： | 目的 评价肺减容手术对重度肺气肿患者的疗效。方法 按照ATS标准确定手术指标 ,对 1 0例重度肺气肿患者施行了肺减容手术 (LVRS)。术前、术后查肺功能、动脉血气分析、6min步行试验等 ,进行对比分析。结果 组患者动脉血氧分压术后比术前明显提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,二氧化碳分压比术前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。LVRS术后FEV1、6 MWD比术前有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。RV、TCL较术前有明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 肺减容手术对有适应症的重度肺气肿患者的临床症状及生理状况有明显改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the outcome of lung volume reduction surgery (LVRS) in patients with severe emphysema. Methods 10 patients with severe emphysema were performed LVRS according to the standard of ATS, unilaterally in 8 and bilaterally in 2 via VATS. Preoperative and postoperative variables of patients were compared. Results They were significanttly improved after operation in CO 2 and mean FEV1 and 6-MWD (P<0.05). Conclusion LVRS provides significant clinical and physiological improvement for patients with severe emphysema. |
