| 摘 要： | 在适当的条件下,强力霉素可与镁离子形成具有强荧光的络合物,在溴化十六烷基三甲铵胶束体系中,荧光可进一步增强.据此建立了一种测定强力霉素残留的新方法.在优化条件下,强力霉素线性范围为0.2～10 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.9%～3.9%,检出限为12μg/kg,加标回收率90.5%～107.3%.该方法已应用于猪肉强力...

| Abstract: | Doxycycline can form hyperfluorescence compound with Mg2+ under proper conditions.The fluorescence of the compound can be futher increased in cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide micellar.A new assay was developed to determine the doxycycline residue based on this principle.Under the optimum conditions,the linear dynamic range was 0.2-10 mg/L;the relative standard deviation was between 0.9% and 3.9%;the detection limit was 12 μg/kg;the recoveries of spiked sample were between 90.5% and 107.3%.The method has been applied to the determination of doxycycline residue in pork. |
