| 摘 要： | 根据离散制造系统的模式特点,将典型物流设备组合成不同的工作流程,以递阶集散控制技术为基础,应用PLC对设备现场控制,以组态软件为工具,针对典型物流设备设计了实时监控软件系统,并实现了与通用数据库系统的数据接口。实现了现代生产物流系统管理层、控制层和执行层的数据共享。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of Discrete Manufacturing System, some typical logistic equipments are combined together to form the different workflow. Based on the step by step control technique ,the configuration software and PLC technique are adopted to realize the realtime monitoring for these typical equipments,the data exchanging with the universal database and the data sharing in different layers of the modern logistic system. |
