高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽放材料消耗定额制定研究

制定先进、合理、科学的煤矿瓦斯治理材料消耗定额，对于提高各煤矿瓦斯治理效能，有效防治瓦斯及突出事故，加强高瓦斯矿井瓦斯治理考核，从而促进矿井安全管理能力提高有着极为重要的作用。与基于传统的最终产品和基于作业的定额制定方法不同，本文给出基于生产工序材料消耗定额制定步骤，该步骤首先划分作业生产工序，确定生产工艺，分析材料消耗动因，最后根据材料消耗的特征确定具体的制定方法。
