还原染料还原方法的研究进展

摘    要:目前工业上主要采用化学法来还原染料,该方法存在废水处理成本高、还原剂不可再生、环境污染严重等问题。而电化学法利用电子为清洁能源,只需很少的化学还原剂就能得到满意的还原效率,大大减少了废水的排放。文章主要讨论了各种还原方法的优缺点,并结合其还原机理分析了还原染色技术的未来发展动向。

Development of Methods for the Reduction of Vat Dyes

Abstract:At present, in most dyeing industry vat dyes are mainly reduced by chemical methods. However, this leads to high cost of wastewater treatment, non-renewable reducing agent and environmental pollution. Electrochemical reduction uses electrons as clean energy, and a satisfactory efficiency can be achieved with minimal the chemical reducing agent, thereby it greatly reduces the discharge of wastewater. This paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various reduction methods, and analyzed the future development trend of staining techniques by combining with the reduction mechanism.
