| 摘 要： | 以水玻璃、铝酸钠为原料，十六烷基三甲基溴化铵（CTAB）为分散剂，合成了纳米NaY型分子筛，采用XRD、TEM和BET等手段对分子筛进行了表征，系统研究了晶化温度、晶化方式、导向剂添加量和导向剂陈化时间等因素对NaY型分子筛晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明，在100 ℃晶化、添加导向剂质量分数20%、延长导向剂陈化时间的条件下，合成出粒度分布范围小、平均晶粒小于100 nm的NaY型分子筛，其中导向剂陈化时间对晶粒粒径影响较大。合成的NaY型分子筛纳米晶的比表面积为658 m2/g，外表面积为53.4 m2/g。将合成的纳米NaY型分子筛用于柴油加氢精制催化剂，获得了优于微米分子筛基催化剂的加氢脱硫和脱氮效果，表现出较好的尺寸效应。
