我院209例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的情况与一般规律。方法:对我院2004年1月～2009年6月上报的209例ADR报告,按患者年龄、性别、给药途径、药品类别、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现进行统计、分析。结果:209例ADR报告中涉及的药品共10类64种,其中抗微生物药引发的ADR居首位,有137例(65.6%),其次是中药制剂,有41例(19.6%);主要的给药途径为静脉滴注,有186例(占89.0%);皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,有128例(占55.9%)。结论:临床应重视ADR的监测和上报工作,规范临床合理用药,保证患者用药安全。

Adverse Drug Reactions Reported in Our Hospital： Analysis of 209 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） occurred in our hospital. METHODS： A total of 209 ADR cases collected in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Jun. 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients＇ age and sex, route of administration, drug varieties, organs or system involved and the clinical manifestation. RESULTS： Of the total 209 ADR cases, 64 kinds of drugs （10 categories） were used, with antimicrobial drugs taking the lead which caused ADR in 137 cases（65.6% ）, followed by traditional Chinese medicine injections in 41 cases （19.6%）. 186 cases（89.0% ） were induced by intravenous route and lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common presentations of the ADR, which appeared in 128 cases（55.9% ） . CONCLUSION： Importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADR in the clinic to standardize clinical rational drug use and ensure medication safety.
