提升知识产权价值的相关政策研究

建设知识产权强国的关键环节是加强知识产权能力,提升知识产权数量、质量和综合效益。提升知识产权价值是实现知识产权强国之路的必然选择,本文从提升知识产权价值出发,分析知识产权创新贡献度方面存在的问题,并提出提高知识产权运用能力、促进知识产权成果产业化以及支撑产业国际化发展3方面的政策。

Policy Research to Promotethe Value of Intellectual Property

The key to building intellectual property power country is to strengthen intellectual property capabilities, and enhance the quantity, quality and comprehensive benefits of intellectual property. Promoting intellectual property value is an inevitable choice of achieving intellectual property power country. This paper started the analysis from enhancing intellectual property value, analyzed the problems in the field of intellectual property contribution degree, and put forward suggestions from three aspects of improving intellectual property utilization ability, promoting intellectual property achievements industrialization, and supporting industry internationalization.
