Information Bottleneck of Industrialization of Regenerative Resource's Integrative Utilization in Our Country

The industrialization of regenerative resource's integrative utilization in our country has put forward some new requirements for the market statistical information, which from some aspects of the economy macro-controlling, the industrial structure optimization and the transaction costs reduction. Because of the omission and disturbance of law, the lag of index system, the different entity of management, there exists a bottleneck in supply of information which is likely to block the industrialization of regenerative resource of China. In order to break through this bottleneck, there is no choice but to strengthen legislation, reform the management system, rebuild the statistical index system and make it into the national economy statistical index system.
