摘    要:针对城市交通拥堵日益严重的问题,提出一种自适应交通信号灯配时优化控制理论.主要采取的方法是利用设置在交通路口的高位摄像机,获得车流图片或者车辆视频,再运用图像处理技术分析图片,结合相位绿灯分配时间的线性算法,以交叉路口流通能力最大、平均延误时间最小或排队等候的车辆数最少为优化目标,尽最大可能地实现绿波带.这项技术使用的结果能用来进行交通滞留状况下的智能交通调节.这种自适应配时优化方案,能够对交叉路口车流情况进行综合优化,实时修正各个相位的配时.

Abstract:According to the city traffic, congestion is becoming increasingly serious problem. An adaptive traffic signal timing optimization control theory is proposed, about which the high camera in traffic iunction is set to get traffic picture or video vehicle, by using image processing technology analysis. Combined with the phase of light distribution in time linear algorithm, the green wave can be achieved to settle the stranded state in the regulation of the intelligent transportation system, on the conditions of the maximum intersection capacity, minimum average delay time for waiting in line or the least number of vehicles. This adaptive timing optimization scheme aims to realize the crossing traffic optimization and the real-time correction of each phase distribution.
