Effects of natural convalescent factor therapy combined with exercise intervention on blood pressure control and quality of life of hypertensive convalescents

Objective To explore the effect of natural convalescent factor therapy combined with exercise intervention on blood pressure control and quality of life of hypertensive convalescents.Me thods 160 hypertensive convalescents treated in Gulangyu Cadre Sanatorium in Xiamen from June to December 2020 were randomly divided into 80 cases in the control group and 80 cases in the observation group by means of Random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received natural convalescent factor therapy combined with exercise intervention.Blood pressure,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Re s ults Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood pressure,psychological state and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the observation group were(82.42±3.29)mmHg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and(128.07±2.45)mmHg,which were lower than those of the control group(85.49±5.39)mmHg and(132.77±4.49)mmHg.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were(48.43±1.19)and(43.11±3.54),which were lower than those of the control group(56.12±2.45)and(52.24±2.73).The scores of somatic function,psychological function,social function and material life state were(72.98±5.35),(79.22±3.18),(80.51±3.92)and(81.57±4.52),which were higher than those of the control group(58.93±2.75),(65.44±7.75),(69.55±2.48)and(68.82±5.73),with differences of highly statistically significance(P<0.001).Conclus ion Natural convalescent factor therapy combined with exercise intervention can regulate blood pressure,reduce anxiety and depression and improve quality of life of hypertensive convalescents.
