摘    要:目的:分析2010年北京市359例腹泻病原菌分布和耐药情况,为本地区流行病学研究和临床合理用药提供依据。方法:粪便样本进行病原菌分离培养,鉴定到种、群和型,用纸片扩散法测定对药物的耐药性。结果:细菌性腹泻青壮年多发,7月-8月高发,实验室检出率最高的为志贺菌。腹泻病原菌对利福平、磺胺甲恶唑、萘叮酸耐药性较高;对氟喹诺酮类药物,除福氏志贺菌对诺氟沙星72.7%耐药、环丙沙星63.6%耐药外,其他均低于35%;对各类头孢菌素均小于20%。结论:北京市腹泻病原菌种类繁多,有年龄、季节分布特点,耐药性不同,应重视监测。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the distribution and resistance of pathogenic bacteria from 359 diarrhea patients in Beijing area in 2010,in order to offer the data for guiding epidemiologic study and clinical treatment.Methods:Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from feces samples for culture and identification of species,groups and serotypes.Then,the resistance of bacteria to antimicrobial agents was tested.Results: Bacteria diarrhea mostly occurred in young patients with peak in July and August.Shigella spp.had the highest detection rate.Enteric pathogenic bacteria showed great drug resistance to Rifampicin,Sulfamethoxazole,Nalidixic acid;The resistant rate to fluoroquinolones were less than 35%,except Shigella flexneri 72.7% to Norfloxacin and 63.6% to Ciprofloxacin;while the resistance rate cephalosporins were all less than 20%.Conclusion: There were many species of enteric pathogenic bacteria causing diarrhea in Beijing area.Their distributions were different in ages and seasons.The resistance rates were different,and surveillance should be continually strengthened.
