曝光条件与辐射剂量

摘    要:目的:摄影条件、改变摄影方式,检测患者接受辐射剂量的差异。方法:通过改变摄影部位的曝光条件,对X线管3个方位测试点的照射剂量进行检测、比较及分析。结果:摄影部位相同,两种曝光条件下,中心线处受线剂量最高;摄影部位不同,两种曝光条件下,同样中心线处受线剂量最高。骨盆和髋关节是摄影部位中接受剂量最多,降低剂量率最少的检查部位。结论:重视受检者的辐射防护,从单纯的追求影像质量,向通过QA、QC的管理方法,在提高照片影像质量同时,向降低病人体表入射剂量的思路转变。

Abstract:Objective:To find out the different of radiation dosages absorbed of patients by means of changing the radiographic parameters and the radiographic positions.Methods:To measure the 3-dimentional radiation dosage of X-ray tube distribution by means of changing the radiographic parameters.Results:The radiation is the highest in the center of radiographic field.The pelvic and hip radiographies are the parts which absorb the highest radiation dosages.Conclusion:We must have to concern about the radiation protection for patients.The image quality have to be improved meanwhile manage to reduce the radiation dosage by means of QA and QC.
