| 摘 要： | 建设用地审查报批对合理利用土地、保护耕地发挥着重要的作用。本文通过对建设用地报批业务的分析,完成了建设用地报批管理信息系统的设计与开发,并对系统应用中存在的实际问题,提出了改进意见。
