大截面预应力梁模架体系设计与施工

摘    要:空军工程大学室内综合训练场工程为4层现浇框架结构,在3层楼面靠近室内篮球场的南北两侧各有一道东西走向的35m跨度大截面预应力梁,截面尺寸达800mm×2300mm,梁一侧与3层结构相连,一面临空,为确保该梁成功浇筑并为预应力施工创造条件,有针对性地设计了该大梁及周边结构的模架支撑体系,并成功实施。

Abstract:Indoor general training court of Air Force Engineering University has 4 stories of cast-in-place frame structure. One piece of 35m-span prestressed beam with cross section as large as 800 mm×2300 mm is set at south and north side of the third floor near the indoor basketball court separately. One side of the beam is connected with the third floor, and the other side is suspended. In order to guarantee successful casting and to provide conditions for prestressing construction, die carrier supporting system between the beam and peripheral structures is designed and successfully carried out.
