| 摘 要： | 目的分析神经外科意外脱管的原因,探讨针对性措施。方法对21例意外脱管进行原因分析,针对原因制订了相应防范对策。结果神经外科意外脱管的原因有患方因素、管道因素、护士因素。结论增强护士管道护理风险意识,能提高管道护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objectives To analyze neurosurgery accident causes detached and discuss the specific measures.Methods About 21cases of accidental tube removal reasons were analyzed,and corresponding preventive measures were made.Results The reasons were found to be detached patient factors,pipelines factors,and factors related to nurses.Conclusion Awareness of nursing care risk should be enhanced to improve quality of care. |
