| 摘 要： | 减弱闪烁是摄像机预处理模块中非常关键的技术之一.提出了一种采用时域滤波来减弱序列闪烁的方法,该方法首先根据闪烁形成的原因得出闪烁的频率,进而设计相应的时域滤波器来减弱闪烁.对于静止或低速变化的场景变换,该方法可以取得很好的效果;对于高速变化的场景,通过设定阈值的方法来判断是否使用滤波器,也能达到较好的效果.

| Abstract: | Flicker reduction is a key technology in the pre-process procession of video camera.A method for reducing flicker in a video image sequence is proposed by introducing a temporal-filter.The frequency of the flicker can be obtained from the analysis of its formation.The successive video image sequences are temporally filtered.This method can get good performance in static or low motion scene.A good performance is also obtained in fast motion scene by setting a threshold which is used to decide whether to use the filter or not. |
