薄膜干涉型光学全通滤波器的设计与分析

摘    要:设计并分析了用于多信道色谱补偿的薄膜Gires-Tournois干涉仪(GTI)型光学全通滤波(OAPF),讨论了反射镜的膜层结构对器件 的群延迟谱和反射谱的影响,。以及大角度入射引起的偏分离现象和幅度畸变现象,给出了单级和多级串拉OAPF的初步设计结果。

Abstract:By using a more complete mathematical model,the thin film Gires Tournois inteferometer (GTI) type optical all pass filter(OAPF) for tunable multi channel dispersion compensation is analyzed and designed.Particularly,influences on the reflectivity and group delay of OAPF by such factors as incident angle of light,the thin film layer structure of reflective mirrors,and the cavity length are numerically analyzed.As an analyzed result,it is clear that for a large incident angle,the polarization splitting phenomena and the amplitude irregularity in the power reflectivity spectra of OAPF will become prominent.As numerical examples,preliminary design results of the single stage GTI OAPF and the multi stage cascaded GTI OAPF with wider compensation bandwidth are provided.
