摘    要:本文描述了一种基于静电感应原理的非侵入式监测装置,可实现粉料输送管道内输送状态的在线监测。该装置通过內嵌于管道内壁的环状静电感应传感器拾取管道中粉料感应的静电信号,经过放大、滤波、整流、逻辑判断,最后分别指示正常输送、有风无粉、管道完全阻塞三种输送状态。

Abstract:A non-intrusive electrostatic-inductance-based instrument was proposed and designed for on-line monitoring of pneumatic conveyance of particulate solids. A ring-shaped electrostatic sensor is used to sense the charge carried by the particulates passing through the sensor. The electrostatic signal induced by the ring sensor is amplified, conditioned and rectified to generate a DC signal. The DC signal is then evaluated by a logic unit to indicate the status of pneumatic conveyance within the pipe, i.e. , normal conveying, no solids or full blockage.
