中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的 :探讨中西医结合疗法对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 :2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病患者 6 4例 ,中西医结合组 34例、单纯西医治疗组 30例 ,观察治疗前、后尿白蛋白排泄率、肾功能及血液流变学等临床指标改变。结果 :(1)西医组显效率 2 0 .0 % ,总有效率 6 3.3% ;中西医组显效率 5 2 .9% ,总有效率 88.2 % ,明显高于西医组 ;(2 )与西医组相比 ,中西医组治疗后血液流变学指标和血脂代谢明显改善 ;(3)中西医组较西医组尿白蛋白排泄率和尿 β2 -微球蛋白的降低程度明显增加。结论 :中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病较单纯西医治疗疗效优越。

Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine therapy in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:Sixty-four patients definitely diagnosed as diabetes type 2,diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-four patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(CWM group), thirty patients were treated with western medicine alone (WM group). Urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), renal function and parameters of blood rheology were measured at basis and after treatment in these patients. Results: 1.The total effective rate and the excelle effective rate were significantly higher in CWM group compared to WM group (88.2% vs 63.3%, 52.9% vs 20.0% respectively, P<0.05). 2.In CWM group, parameters of blood rheology and serum lipid were remitted significantly after the treatment compared to WM group. 3.The derease of UAER and urinary beta 2-microglobulin were more significant increased in CWM group than in WM group. Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was obviously superior to therapy with western medicine alone in diabetic nephropathy.
