| 摘 要： | 法律职业与其他职业本质上的不同在于具有某种自治性,这被视为法治国家的重要标准和要求。法学教育有助于法律人形成法律思维和职业伦理行为、有助于完善国家法律体制和发展国家政治文明,法学教育对法律职业伦理的培养比职业技能教育更为重要。大学法学高等教育必须制定全面教学方案、构建法学教育系统和机制,真正实现法律人法律技能理性和法律伦理涵养的统一。

| Abstract: | Distinguishing from other professions substantially, legal, profession contains somehow self - governing which is considered as the important criterion and requirement of legal state. Legal education contributes not to legal personality ＇ s forming law thinking and work ethic behavior but to perfecting national law system and political civilization, thus fostering legal professional ethic being above training vocational skills. To realize the legal personality ＇ s unity of law ability ration and law ethic moral, comprehensive teaching scheme and educational system and institution of law science should be constructed in university higher law education . |
