| 摘 要： | 研究了基于工控机、组太软件、远程模块等保护电机拖动系统的方案。应用国内组态软件与变频器实时通信、从远程模块采集数据,实现了8套电机驱动单元的停机、空载、正常负荷实时显示,驱动单元脱机空转、过载自动检测、声光报警、故障处理等远程监控,具备良好的人机交互画面。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses scheme for protecting motor drive system based on IPC and configuration software.By applying domestic configuration software communicating with frequency convertors and collecting data from remote modules,the system can real-time display 8 motor drive units stopping,No-loading,normally loading.Also it realizes remote monitoring and controlling of drive units idling over load detecting,sound light alarming,troubleshooting with good human-computer interaction. |
