摘    要:TBM在我国隧道施工的应用已经十几年,其中不乏因TBM主轴承故障导致工程延误和重大损失案例.以秦岭隧道、大伙房引水隧道和中天山隧道工程中主轴承故障判断实例,分析了故障可能产生原因,如密封圈失效、润滑油运动粘度降低等,提出了判断故障的思路、检测方法和应对措施,以期引起施工人员的充分重视.同时从进行运行温度控制、油品理化指...

Abstract:In our country the TBM has been applied to tunnel construction for more than ten years,during which time there have been quite a few cases that result from the failure of the main bearing of the TBM and lead to project delays and significant losses.With the fault diagnoses of the main bearing of the TBM in the Qinling Tunnel,the Dahuofang Water Diversion Tunnel and the Zhongtianshan Tunnel as practical examples,the possible causes of failure,such as the failure of the obturating ring,the decrease of the lubricant kinetic viscosity and so on,are analyzed in the paper,with the ideas of the fault diagnosis,detection and counter-measures put forward,which deserve the close attention of construction workers.In the meanwhile,important aspects of the maintenance of the main bearing of the TBM,such as the control of the operating temperature,the control of the physical and chemical targets of oil,the control of operating loads and strengthening the monitoring and surveillance of the lubrication system,are dealt with.The paper may serve as a useful reference for users in helping them accurately judge the internal problems of the main bearing of the TBM and lengthen the life of it.
