高温高酸浸出渣浮选银工艺研究

摘    要:某厂高温高酸锌浸出渣含银401.6 g/t、锌3.37%、铅20.41%、硫12.52%.分析浸出渣的性质和银的物相,研究用硫化钠预处理渣,加入丁基黑药和乙硫氮组合药剂来提高银浮选指标.锌的浸出渣经过一次粗选、两次精选及三次扫选流程,得到了银品位为2017.45 g/t、银回收率达到78.44%的银精矿.

Abstract:The high temperature and high acid leaching residue from one factory contained an amount of silver of 401.6 g.t-1,zinc of 3.37%,lead of 20.41%,and sulfur of 12.52%.After analyzing the leaching residue and chemical properties of silver ,sodium sulfide was used in pretreatment of the residue, and the silver flotation index was improved by adding a combination reagent of butyl radical black catching agent and sodium diethyldithiocarbamate.By adopting the process of one rough-two refined-three sweep for treating zinc leaching slag, the grade of silver concentrate achieved 2017.45g.t-1,and the recovery was 78.44%.
