滑模控制器对永磁同步电机的调速性能研究

摘    要:对永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统的数学模型进行了解耦,将系统分为电气和机械两个子系统,并对子系统分别设计了利用时间变化的滑动面进行电机控制的滑模控制器,在此基础上设计了基于滑模控制器的永磁同步电机调速仿真系统。通过与脉冲宽度调制(PWM)的调速仿真系统的实验结果进行对比可知,基于滑模控制器的永磁同步电机控制系统进行调速时转矩脉动更小,电机转速的超调也更小,证明了这种调速控制系统具有更好的动态调速性能。

Abstract:The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system was decoupled. The system was divided into two subsystems, i.e. electrical sys- tem and mechanical system. The sliding mode controllers of subsystems using time-varying slid- ing surface were respectively designed for motor control and a speed control simulation system of PMSM was designed based on this. By comparison with the experimental results of pulse width modulation (PWM) , it is known that PMSM control system based on sliding mode controller has the advantages of smaller torque ripple and motor speed overshoot. It proves that this speed control system has better dynamic speed control performance.
