| 摘 要： | 针对传统抄表方式的不足,根据移动短信息服务(SMS)质优价廉的优点,本文提出了基于SMS的远程抄表系统的设计思想。结合电能表,给出了系统的设计方案,并对系统硬件和软件的设计进行了阐述。
