某基层医院门诊药房216例药学咨询服务分析

目的分析总结本院门诊药房药学咨询服务工作,提高本院药学咨询服务水平,促进合理用药。方法对本院2010年记录的216例药学咨询服务,分别从咨询方式、咨询内容、咨询药物类型及解答方式进行统计、分析。结果 216例药学咨询服务中,电话咨询居多,比例为70.37%;询问药品库存情况的比例较高(138次,62.16%);咨询抗感染药物最多(58例,26.85%);药学人员未查资料当场回答的占95.37%,查阅文献资料后回答为2.78%。结论应逐步完善本院药学咨询服务工作,促进临床安全、合理用药。

Analysis of 216 Pharmacy Consulting Service in Outpatient Pharmacy
