青钱柳叶对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂和抗氧化作用的影响

摘    要:目的观察青钱柳叶对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂和抗氧化作用的影响。方法将50只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、青钱柳叶低、中、高剂量组,模型组在高热能饲料喂养基础上给予地塞米松0.8mg/kg腹腔注射造模,青钱柳叶低、中、高剂量组分别给予0.06g/(kg·d)、0.3g/(kg·d)、0.6g/(kg·d)剂量灌胃,检测血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶。结果与空白对照组比较,模型组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、丙二醛明显升高,超氧化物歧化酶明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);与模型组比较,中剂量组、高剂量组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、丙二醛明显降低,超氧化物歧化酶明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),随剂量增加,降低趋势明显,但中剂量组和高剂量组无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论青钱柳叶可有效降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂,保护机体免受自由基伤害,且不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves on blood glucose, lipid and antioxidation in diabetic rats.Methods 50 SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, Cyclocarya paliurus low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group.The rats in model group received Dexamethasone 0.8mg/kgBW on the basis of high heat energy feed.The Cyclocarya paliurus low, medium and high dose groups were given 0.1 g/kg·d,0.5 g/kg·d,1.0 g/kg·d.Blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase of enzyme were measured.Results Compared with blank control group, the levels of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, malondialdehyde in model group significantly increased, superoxide dismutase decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);compared with model group, the levels of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, malondialdehyde significantly reduced in medium dose group and high dose group, superoxide dismutase increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), along with the increase of the dose, reduce trend was obvious, but there was no significant difference between medium dose group and high dose group (P>0.05).Conclusion Cyclocarya paliurus leaves can effectively reduce blood glucose and lipid in type 2 diabetic rats and protect the body from free radical damage with less adverse reaction and high safety, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
