摘    要:针对采棉机在作业过程中采摘不干净、落地棉多、采摘效率低等问题,以附加功能为设计理念,通过研究采棉机采摘头导向系统结构和工作原理,提出一种导向式气力采摘系统,再根据棉花生长特性确定导向式气力采摘系统结构参数及优化模型;对不同结构和边界条件下的气力采摘系统,运用Fluent软件与风洞实验平台进行数值模拟与试验测试,确定其不同边界条件和结构参数的较优参数。数值模拟与实验结果表明:当吸棉装置锥体面为100 mm,吸棉口数量为16,吸口速度为60 m/s时,吸棉口平均速度42.33 m/s,平均压力为-1096 Pa,达到了气力吸棉装置设计需求。该研究对采棉机气力采摘系统研发提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the operating efficiency of the cotton picker, in response to the problems of unclean cotton picking and more falling cotton during high-speed operation of the cotton picker, According to the structure and working principle of the guide of the cotton picker, optimize the design of the guide of the picking head, and establish a mathematical model based on the rational analysis of the physical properties and strength of the cotton plant; Use Fluent software and wind tunnel experiment platform to carry out numerical simulation and experimental verification of pneumatic suction devices under different structures and boundary conditions, and compare and analyze the flow characteristics of the airflow field of the suction devices and the average speed of the suction mouth. the result shows: When the cone surface of the suction cup is 100mm, the number of suction ports is 16, and the suction speed is 60 m/s, the average speed of the suction port is 42.33 m/s, and the average pressure is -1096 Pa, which achieves the rationality of the design of the pneumatic suction device. This research provides a reference for the development of the pneumatic picking system of cotton pickers.
