海上特低渗油藏宽带压裂数值模拟研究

摘    要:宽带压裂技术是非常规储层改造的新工艺,增产效果显著,但目前对海上特低渗油藏宽带压裂后开发规律缺乏研究。文章针对中国海上某特低渗油田开展了宽带压裂缝网的精细化建模,同时使用非结构化网格数值模拟技术,对宽带压裂和常规压裂施工后的开发情况进行对比,分析了宽带压裂开发规律。研究结果表明,宽带压裂有效射孔簇比例高,驱替前缘推进更均匀,注采井间剩余油更少,整体开发效果好;与常规压裂相比,宽带压裂可显著提高特低渗透油藏压后单井产能,储层基质渗透率越低,宽带压裂后单井产能提升幅度越大;当储层基质渗透率大于 1mD后,宽带压裂和常规压裂最终累产油差别不大。该研究为海上特低渗油藏高效开发提供了技术思路。

Abstract:Broadband fracturing technology is a new technology for unconventional reservoir reconstruction, and the effect of increasing production is significant. However, there is currently a lack of research on the development rules of offshore ultra-low permeability reservoirs after broadband fracturing. In this study, a refined modeling of broadband fracturing network was carried out for an ultra-low permeability oil field in offshore China. At the same time, unstructured grid numerical simulation technology was used to compare the development of broadband fracturing and conventional fracturing after construction. The development law of broadband fracturing is analyzed. The results of the study show that broadband fracturing has a high percentage of effective perforation clusters, more uniform displacement front advancement, less remaining oil between injection and production wells, and good overall development effects. Compared with conventional fracturing, broadband fracturing can significantly improve single well productivity in ultra low permeability reservoirs. The lower the reservoir matrix permeability, the greater the increase of single well productivity after broadband fracturing. When the reservoir matrix permeability is greater than 1mD, there is little difference in accumulate oil production between broadband fracturing and conventional fracturing. This research provides technical ideas for the efficient development of offshore ultra-low permeability oil reservoirs.
