音圈隔膜泵电磁驱动装置的设计与仿真

摘    要:提出一种音圈式电磁隔膜泵,通过分析音圈电磁执行器各部件,结合经验公式,建立了音圈电磁隔膜泵的理论模型;通过有限元软件COMSOL分别建立了稳态和瞬态下的多物理场模型,探究了永磁体与线圈几何结构对音圈电磁隔膜泵执行器电磁力产生的影响,并对模型参数进行分析;通过比较模型和直动式电磁执行器模型的电磁力特性和电流特性,验证了音圈电磁隔膜泵在降低功耗方面的有效性。

Abstract:A voice coil electromagnetic diaphragm pump is studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of the voice coil electromagnetic actuator, combined with the empirical formula, the theoretical model of the voice coil electromagnetic diaphragm pump is established. Then, the influence of permanent magnets and coil geometry on the electromagnetic force is studied by finite element method of COMSOL software in both steady and transient state. The performance of the electromagnetic force and current characteristics between the direct-acting electromagnetic actuator and the proposed model is compared. The results show that the proposed voice coil electromagnetic diaphragm pump has effectiveness in reducing power consumption.
