| 摘 要： | 研制了TiN和TiCN两种涂层高速钢精密组合拉刀。通过这两种涂层拉刀与未涂层拉刀的对比切削试验 ,研究了加工高强度合金钢内孔螺旋键槽时刀片的磨损性能及重磨前刀面对刀具切削性能和加工表面粗糙度的影响 ,并分析了提高涂层刀具寿命的机理

| Abstract: | TiN and TiCN coated HSS precision built up broaches are developed. Through the contrast cutting test of broaching the internal spiral keyslot of high strength alloy steel workpiece used broaches with and without coatings, the wear properties of broaches and the effect of re polishing rake face on cutting properties of broaches and the workpiece surface roughness are studied. And the mechanism of improving the life of cutting tools with coatings is analyzed. |
