蛹虫草发酵生产高蛋白饲料添加剂的条件优化

Optimization of fermentation conditions for production of high protein feed additive of Cordyceps sinensis

Using Cordyceps sinensis as culture medium to develop high protein biological feed additives,the process technology of multi-culture fermentatiaon production protein feed was opimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that temperature had a biggest affect on crude protein content,followed by the inoculum and the speed,and pH value was minimal.The optimum condition were as followed:inoculum 9％,temperature of 26℃,160r/min,pH value 6.
