基于结构方程的哈尔滨市建筑节能设计评价指标体系研究

摘    要:为了推广建筑可持续发展,实现建筑节能评价的标准化和规范化,对哈尔滨市建筑节能设计影响因素做深入的研究,根据国内外目前建立的建筑节能评价指标和黑龙江省建筑节能设计标准,从主体设计、围护结构、设备节能和新能源利用4 个方面构建有哈尔滨特色的建筑设计节能评价体系,并通过结构方程模型验证了该评价体系的合理性和科学性。哈尔滨市建筑节能评价体系的建立,为哈尔滨市建筑节能评估提供了有力的工具,从而也促进了哈尔滨市建筑业健康可持续发展。

Abstract:For the sustainable development of construction industry and standardization and normalization of building energy efficiency,many relevance design factors of building energy efficiency in Harbin are deeply discussed in this paper. Four aspects of building main body design,building enclosure,equipment energy-saving and the using of new energy to construct the framework of the building energy efficiency evaluation system,based on the domestic and foreign building energy efficiency criterions and building energy-saving design criterion. A structure equation model is used to check the rationality and scientificity of the system. Amos provides good fitting outcomes for the model. The evaluation system of building energy efficiency in Harbin is a perfect tool for evaluation of building energy conservation in north areas of china,promoting sustainable development of Harbin construction industry.
