摘    要:本次研究考察了培养基制备条件对黑曲霉/产朊假丝酵母固态发酵三七渣生产蛋白饲料的影响,并采用正交试验对培养基制备条件进行了优化.研究结果表明,在培养基制备过程中,氮源添加量、水含量和粒径3个因素对发酵培养物中真蛋白含量影响较大;磷源添加量、pH值和Tween-80添加量3个因素对其影响不显著.三七渣需要进行粉碎过筛、适量的补充氮源和调整含水量等预处理后才适合作为固态发酵培养基使用,优化的三七渣培养基制备条件为采用经粉碎后过60目筛的三七渣,添加5%的硫酸铵,基质含水量70%,pH值自然.

Abstract:The effect of preparation conditions of culture medium on the solid-state fermentation of notoginseng residues by Aspergillus niger and Candida utilis was studied, and the optimal preparation condition of culture medium was decided by orthogonal test. The results showed that three factors such as the additive amount of nitrogen source, the water content and the particle size had the great influence on the real protein content in the fermenting culture, however, another three factors such as the additive amount of phosphorus source, pH value and the additive amount of Tween-80 had no significant influence on it during the preparing process of culture medium. It is necessary that notoginseng residues should be pretreated by crushing and sieving, supplementing nitrogen source, adjusting the water content before used as culture medium, and optimized preparation condition is as followed: using notoginseng residues crushed and sieved to -60 mesh as the main material of culture medium, the addition of ammonia sulfate 5%, the water content 70% and natural pH value.
