摘    要:通过三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法,对1250mm×20mm热轧带钢整个轧制过程进行了仿真分析。介绍了轧制过程分段处理方法及边界条件的设置,获得了轧制全程的轧件温度场及变形结果。通过温降曲线 与现场的测试数据进行对比,仿真分析结果与现场实际情况基本吻合,能够为实践生产提供理论参考。

Abstract:To get the deformation behavior and the temperature field of piece, commercial FEM program LSDYNA has been used to analyze the whole rolling process of 1250mm- 20mm strip and the approach is based on three dimensional thermal mechanical coupled finite element method. The rolling process is divided into some unites for calculation. The construction of model, material parameters, boundary conditions and loading in the simulation are expatiated in details. The simulation results coincide well with the measured temperature values. This approach gives the possibility to obtain the three dimensional deformations and temperature field of piece in whole rolling process.
