自由曲面的多级定位方法

摘    要:为解决自由曲面工件定位中无法正确求取对应点问题,运用分级两步定位方法进行定位,达到正确求解的目的.首先在工件曲面和CAD曲面上分别均匀取点,提取曲面上的特征曲面,获得特征匹配关系,然后算出对应的位姿关系,完成预定位、精定位.为节省计算时间,提出了基于最大特征值优化的采点方法.最后给出实例研究,验证了方法的正确性.

Abstract:Aimed at the difficulty in getting the corresponding points in free-form surface localization of workpiece,a two-level localization method is presented. Firstly,some points distributed uniformly on workpiece surface and CAD surface are selected. Then the features are extracted and pairs of corresponding features are matched. The transformation is computed to achieve the pre-positioning and the accurate positioning. In this process,a probing strategy based on the optimization of the maximum eigenvalue is proposed to reduce the computing time. Results of a case study prove the validity of the presented method.
