骨髓活检联合骨髓涂片检查在恶性血液病诊断中的应用

目的探讨骨髓组织活检联合骨髓涂片在恶性血液病诊断中临床应用,方法对102例血液病患者,采用骨髓抽吸-活检一步法取材,同时观察其骨髓涂片和活检塑料包埋切片。结果骨髓活检在再生障碍性贫血,骨髓纤维化,骨髓增生异常综合征,多发性骨髓瘤,骨髓转移癌具有较高诊断符合率,而骨髓活检结合涂片在急性髓性白血病,急性淋巴细胞白血病,慢性粒细胞白血病的诊断中较大的优势。结论骨髓活检联合骨髓涂片能有效提高恶性血液病的诊断水平。
